AkiyaBeacon is preparing an advertising-supported model. No third-party ad delivery or behavioral advertising technology is active as of the date above.
1. Why advertising
AkiyaBeacon intends to keep property discovery and essential source links free. Advertising revenue may support source monitoring, translation, editorial review, infrastructure, and buyer education without placing basic listing information behind a paywall.
2. Clear labels
Paid placements will be visually separated from editorial content and labelled with plain terms such as “Advertisement,” “Sponsored,” or “Affiliate link.” A commercial relationship will not be hidden inside a property summary or an official-source link.
3. Editorial independence
- Advertisers cannot purchase favorable listing facts, reviews, or source-check results.
- Payment does not influence organic property order or search ranking.
- Official-source links will not be replaced by paid destinations.
- Corrections and removals are decided on evidence, not commercial relationships.
4. Sponsored and affiliate content
If sponsored guidance or affiliate links are introduced, the commercial relationship will be disclosed near the relevant content. Sponsored material will not be presented as a municipal notice or independent property assessment. Affiliate compensation will not increase the price shown to the reader unless clearly stated by the destination service.
5. Advertising standards
We may decline or remove advertising that is misleading, illegal, discriminatory, unsafe, exploitative, inconsistent with the service's purpose, or likely to confuse readers about government affiliation or property availability. Acceptance of an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser, service, or claim.
6. Data and targeting
Any future advertising provider and its data practices will be named in the Privacy Policy before activation. Where applicable, consent or opt-out controls will be provided. AkiyaBeacon will not sell visitor personal information to advertisers.
7. Advertising inquiries
Advertising must respect the separation between commercial placement and editorial work. Proposals should identify the advertiser, product or service, destination URL, intended audience, format, and campaign period.
