OUR METHODOLOGY

Useful translation.
Visible uncertainty.

AkiyaBeacon is a discovery layer, not a replacement for the municipality, agent, registry, inspection, professional advice, or contract.

01

Discover

We identify municipal akiya banks and authorized local property systems, then record the publisher, scope, and update pattern.

02

Check

We inspect the source, terms, robots directives, copyright conditions, image rights, and whether a listing-specific official URL is available.

03

Archive

A candidate record preserves the original HTTPS URL, source facts, retrieval date, and review status before editorial work begins.

04

Translate

Source-stated facts are structured and summarized in English. Automation assists the work, but ambiguous legal or property details are not guessed.

05

Review

An editor checks the summary against the original source, confirms the exact official listing link, and records the editorial decision.

06

Validate

Automated checks test required fields, source URLs, dates, status labels, disclosures, and internal consistency before publication.

07

Monitor

Published sources are revisited at a respectful frequency. Price changes, status changes, removals, and unavailable pages are reviewed.

08

Correct

Reports from readers and source operators are checked against the original publisher, then corrected or removed when appropriate.

SOURCE FIRST

The original Japanese source remains the authority.

Every property page identifies the source publisher, links to the most specific official listing available, and shows when the source was last checked.

Price, availability, eligibility, boundaries, ownership, rights, building condition, utilities, taxes, fees, subsidies, and contractual terms can change or require case-specific interpretation. These must be confirmed with the original publisher and qualified professionals.

A summary marked as AI-assisted may use automation for extraction, translation, or drafting. Publication still requires editorial review; an AI label is not a guarantee of accuracy.

IMAGE POLICY

Illustration is never passed off as evidence.

Official listing photos remain at the original publisher's website unless the rights holder clearly permits reproduction.

When AkiyaBeacon uses an AI-generated conceptual illustration, it is labelled as an illustration—not a photograph of the property. The visual is based only on reviewed source facts and must not invent condition, renovation quality, parking, boundaries, or amenities.

Readers should use the official photo gallery, arrange an inspection, and obtain professional checks before evaluating a property.

CORRECTIONS

Found something outdated or wrong?

Send the property URL, the specific issue, and—if available—the authoritative source that supports the correction. We review the report against the original publisher and update, annotate, or remove the page as appropriate.
